This took me FOREVER but in a different type of forever compared to the moestep meme.
with the moestep meme I struggled with timing the angler and fish fin ears but here the lineart and timing was all very fun and great but the coloring took a long time! I tried to not use the bucket tool anywhere but the eyes! But fear not as i am not complaining!!! not at all :DDD I had a blast animating this! Every second was worth it and i am very happy with the result.
