4 cups milk

3 eggs (yolks for the crust)

2 tablespoons mahleb
3 heaping tablespoons sesame seeds (white)
3 heaping tablespoons black cumin seeds
3 heaping tablespoons toasted sesame seeds (küncü)
Approximately 1 kilogram of flour (add in controlled amounts)
