Step-by-Step Process for Absher Passport Update (Naqal Maloomat)
Log in to Absher
° Open your Google Chrome browser and search for "Absher login".
° Click on the official Absher login website.
° Enter your Iqama Number and your Absher Password.
° Click Login.
° Enter the one-time verification code sent to your registered mobile number.
° Navigate to the Service
° From the main Absher dashboard, click on My Services.
° Click on Passports (Pasport).
° Click on Residence ID Service (number five on the list).
° Start the Update Service
° On the next page, scroll down and locate Update Residence Passport Information.
° Before starting, it is advised to click on Service Condition to review the requirements.
° Conditions include: Age 18+, Update can only be done once every 5 years, Passport expiry must be less than 12 months away (as stated in the video), no traffic violations or fines on your Iqama, and no Huroob (absconding) status.
° After reviewing, go back to the previous page and click Start Service.
° Upload New Passport Picture
° The Update Residence Passport Information page will open.
° Click on Upload New Passport Picture and upload a clear picture of the page in your newly renewed passport that contains your personal details.
° After the system scans and displays the details from the picture, verify them and click Next.
° Enter New Passport Information
° Enter the following details from your new passport:
° New Passport Issue Date
° Select your Country
° New Passport Issue City (the city where it was issued)
° Click Next.
° Review, Accept Terms, and Pay Fee
° Your complete details will be displayed for final review.
° Scroll down and select/accept the Terms and Conditions.
° The fee for the Naqal Maloomat service is 60+9=69 Saudi Riyals (SAR).
° Click Update Passport Information.
° Complete Payment
° The payment page will open. Enter your ATM card details:
° ATM Card Number
° Expiry Date
° CVV (3-digit code on the back)
° Card Holder Name
° Click Pay Now.
° Enter the verification code sent to the cardholder's mobile.
° The 69 SAR payment will be processed successfully.
° Confirmation and Verification
° Upon successful payment, the Naqal Maloomat process is complete, and a confirmation message will be shown: "The passport information has been updated successfully".
° To verify the update, you can return to the main Absher page and click on Passport Information to see your new passport's expiry date updated in your
