Freediving Ecuador
While traveling through Ecuador, I had the pleasure to meet Eric, an amazing scuba and free - diving instructor. Before he started teaching me about free diving, I didn´t know that it was possible for me to go deeper than 3 meters without any gear. Thanks to him I managed to reach 15 meters depth and hold my breath for 1 minute. This experience it is not really about the numbers for me, but how amazing is the human body, how it can be trained to the extraordinary. For me this is like yoga and meditation underwater.
