#LY-8800II is a reflow soldering product developed and manufactured by Faroad Company in six temperature zones. It is updated based on the six temperature zones and has perfect improvement on weld ability. Faroad LY8800 II 8 zones lead-free hot air PCB reflow oven (Left to right ,Mesh-rail/chain rail) is the space-saving and inexpensive solution for most of standard SMT soldering process. Space saving and low energy consumption, the machine has lots advantage of a larger reflow-soldering oven such as perfect thermal properties as well as comprehensive equipment including useful features.
Excellent thermal convection system : efficient power design and heat management system greatly improve energy saving while lowering carbon emissions.320 degree celcius high temperature processing capabilities, allowing the heating zone temperature controllers have an accuracy of ±1℃, also ensuring a ΔT of ±1℃ across the pcb assembly
Low power consumption : Verified by theory and practice, our products are able to minimize the temperature consumption between different size of components in order to achieve the best heat evenness.
Even heat distribution : By actual field experience, our products get lowest power consumption and measured by repeatability test with high CPK value.
Large size: It is a reflow oven that can handle larger size PCB in the same shape and size of the body, double track can be over 300 mm at the same time, and the single board can reach 550mm, which can meet the demand of many customers.
