As thousands gather in Washington, DC to remember the 1963 March on Washington, The Rev. William Barber talked with CNN's Jake Tapper about marches, protests and what they mean to the American cultural landscape. It's important to note that the original march as well as the march today were meant to draw attention to justice and jobs and not just issues surrounding civil rights.
