I am currently streaming "study with me" content every single day. I am doing the One Month Study Challenge, which will end on December 22nd (before the Christmas vacation.) The challenge is simple: Study every single day for as much time as possible! 5 ● 👨🎓 How I Study
My study session is a 60-minute Pomodoro Timer. Then, there will be a break of 10 minutes (or 9). During the live study with me, I repeat this for 8-14 hours. This is a double Pomodoro timer (60\10 or 60\9). The Pomodoro technique is very powerful. Breaks are essential to keep the efficiency of your study high. Always take them! I have a timer for all these scenarios.
