Jin Ueda - 上田 仁 - Japanese table tennis player
Jin Ueda (in Japanese 上 田 仁 ; phonetically Wadazin) is a Japanese table tennis player , born on December 10 , 1991 in Kyoto . His best ITTF world ranking in singles is 28th , in September 2017 . In November 2017 he is 34th worldwide .
However, Jin Ueda is an excellent doubles player. In October 2017 , he is ranked fifth in doubles with his partner Yoshimura Maharu , and 24th in the world with Koki Niwa .
Finally, during the ITTF Pro-Tour 2017 , he is in double with Yoshimura Maharu , world number 1 in the selection for the ITTF Pro-Tour Grand Final.
Biography
Born in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan , the December 10 , 1991 Ueda Jin is the youngest of four brothers and sisters. It is thanks to the influence of this siblings that he started playing table tennis. His passion is music.
In 2010, he graduated from Yamada Naka high school in Aomori , after having entered at the first stroke. In this school, he practiced table tennis in the club Ichijo. He won in 2004 with this club the third place in cadets under the age of thirteen the Japanese Championship Departmental. The following year, in 2004, in the 14-year-old category , he reached second place. Still in high school, he successively won the division of the Japanese National Junior Championship of 2007 and 2008, he won the third place in 2008 in general.
In 2010, he entered Aomori University, where he graduated in 2014. He was then selected at the 2010 Japanese Selections, and won the 2012 Pan-Japanese Student Championship.
His sister Ueda Moe is also a table tennis player belonging to Hitachi Kasei and has won three singles, doubles and team titles at the 2012 Deaf World Championships.
Jin Ueda is nicknamed Top D. He is getting married in 2017.
In 2017, he is on the Kyowa Hakko Kirin team, and is affiliated with the Human Resources Department.
It measures 171 cm and has a weight of 70 kg. Fans call her Smile Refreshing.
Style of play
Jin Ueda is right-handed and uses classic racket grip and use both sides of the racket. The coatings used are for the right shot a Butterfly Tenergy 05, and for the reverse, also a coating Tenergy 05. The racket is an InnerForce ZLC 2.
Jin Ueda is a fast player, winning a lot of points in a single dismissal. His strengths are indeed the reception of service and the counterattack . He is thus a popular partner for doubles.
