INSTRUCTIONS:

2: Download 'Resorep'
https://www.undertow.club/downloads/r...

3: Install the Java Runtime update that matches your OS:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/jav...

4: Launch resorep.jar

5: It will prompt for the DirectX 11 64-bit dll location. Set it. It is usually C:\Windows\System32\d3d11.dll.
***(Make sure that your Windows user has write rights for game folder!)***

6: Click the "+" button in the "Applications to hook" section and choose the game executable.
(SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\Binaries\Win64\BatmanAK.exe)

7: Choose the "Load modded textures from" directory, and place the skin files in it.

8: You may close the resorep.jar application now.
**(If the skin doesn't load, then keep Resorep open when starting the game)***

9: Launch the game.

10: (put in these codes:

Set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh mainMesh SkeletalMesh'DLC_Batman_New52_Mesh.Mesh.DLC_Batman_New52_Skin_Head'
Set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh BodyMesh SkeletalMesh'Robin_Bm3_Mesh.Mesh.Robin_BM3_Skin_Body'
Set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh StandAloneBeltMeshMesh SkeletalMesh'DLC_Batman_GothamKnight_Mesh.Mesh.DLC_Batman_GothamKnight_belt_static'
Set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh CapeMesh none

Load the New 52 Batman skin character trophy and press the console button a few times ( pageUp by default)
Load Robin's character trophy and press the console button a few times
Play with Nightwing and spam the console button in the loading screen
