This is the intro that SNK commissioned for the PlayStation port of Real Bout Fatal Fury Special.
The game is pretty good, and one of SNK's best PSX ports. It adds Alfred into the mix, as well as the new boss character, White. White is basically a flagrant ripoff of Alex from the movie, A Clockwork Orange, but he's pretty spiffy. He's the half-brother (or stepbrother, I forget) to Billy Kane, and uses mind control on Billy to help get himself installed as the new boss of Southtown... thus the subtitle of the game.
The boss fight with White takes place in a creepy place full of mannequins, which looks much like the Korova Milk Bar from A Clockwork Orange. And when you beat him, you have to watch out, because he'll play possum for a moment, then fire a bullet from his cane, which you have to leap over... because if it hits you, you lose instantly, even if you got two perfects on him in a row. Fortunately, he can't crouch, jump or even block... but it doesn't make him easy.
