VRChat FPS Drop When Not In Steam Menu
this will fix the problem that acures in vr chat and some other games aswell when playing with the oculus quest 2 .
The problem I was having is that one day my game went from running smoothly to being fine for a second and slowly dropping frames untill I was down to 11fps in game and 1 fps in my quest, something that also happend was that my gpu went up to 100% in 3d rendering when the game had basically no fps.
