My Part in LA LLORONA | Geometry Dash
Surprise - double upload! Here's m̶y̶ ZaroGMD's part in the spooky and scary level.
Really proud of this one, it was definitely more in my comfort zone than Carmine was. I think I did pretty well with the red and blue theme that this last part was envisioned to be. While half of the part is mainly design, I did try and incorporate some art in the middle with the eyes and the bathroom and the BLOOD... which as we all know is always horrifying.
I tried my best to make the part feel dynamic with pulses, but even with them I feel as though in game most of them become hard to actually recognize. With that though, I'm proud that the part retains a lot of visibility while still having a lot of small details that do pair with the awesome song.
Like with Carmine, this was so much more fun to build because of the streams I did. Thank you to everyone that stopped by and had fun with me and the others I occasionally had in calls :)
The main reason I joined this level was because of the incredible song and gameplay I initially saw in the preview, and they did not disappoint! If you're skilled enough to beat this level when it comes out, don't hesitate in doing so, you won't regret it. Just do not die at 97. This is your only warning.
