Driver does work on Windows 11, the software does not and Windows 11 will sometimes overwrite the driver so it no longer works. This does not happen in Windows 10.
This basically the same as the HD 6570 / HD 6670 / HD 7570 / HD 7670 / HD 8550 / HD 8570 / M2000 / E6760 and various other cards.
