This video shows the most important rule of SCUBA and STEPDive: NEVER HOLD YOUR BREATH!
Join SCUBA divers and STEPDivers underwater, and watch their bubbles. Some are big; some are small. Gently blow bubbles underwater as you swim, and feel them rise up around your face. Breathing underwater is fun!

DO SEEK OUT PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION! The information from this video should only be used only as a supplement to competent personal instruction from a licensed SCUBA professional.

ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE BEFORE DEPTH COURSES
=====
The Experience Before Depth book series includes three illustrated course books and a logbook specifically created for children to master proper SCUBA skills and techniques. They are a part of the unique new training approach for youth SCUBA. Experiential real water learning within the confines of extremely shallow water environments.

The fundamental skills and techniques from conventional SCUBA courses have been skillfully structured into 3 STEPS and can be taught by certified SCUBA instructors. To further enhance skill proficiency, additional dives can be undertaken with the supervision of SCUBA certified parents or guardians and recorded in the logbook.
