My beloved is the Divine flute-player whose beauty puts to shame the beauty of countless Kamdevs.
Dressed in yellow and wearing a peacock-feather crown on His head, He walks as if intoxicated.
With Lord Krishna, however, the flute is more than a mere musical instrument. Can anyone imagine Krishna without His bansuri?
Lord Krishna playing the flute Until and unless one becomes hollow like the flute, free of one's self importance, ego and rigid ideas of what is right and wrong, we cannot resonate with His breath.
And what is the flute singing? The name of Radharani. No other sound is coming out from the flute, only, "Radhe, Radhe, Radhe, Radhe, Radhe!" Only this sound emanates — in a variety of ways - from the flute of Krishna. The sound manifestation of its divine influence spreads over the entire transcendental and mundane worlds.
Lord Krishna says, "Everyone is drawn to Me but I am drawn by Her (Shrimathe Radharani) "
The Soulful melodies flowing out of Krishna’s flute would captivate Radha and draw her out of her home to be by her beloved’s side.
