Duplo Integrated Folding System for DC-445, DC-615, DC-645 and DC-745
The Integrated Folding System incorporates an in-line knife folder with a DC series finishing device (DC-445 Creaser, DC-745, DC-645 and DC-615 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser) enabling its users to fully finish applications in one pass using a single system operation.
The Integrated Folding System can fully match the capabilities of the DC series finishing device and can fold five of the most common fold types (single, letter, Z, gate, and double parallel) along with an infinite number of custom folds. It can also be bypassed for no fold applications. The finished documents are then collected in a 400 mm capacity stacker specifically designed to neatly stack and retain even heavier jobs such as folded card stocks. By incorporating folding into a single system operation, printers can now fully finish different applications such as greeting cards, direct mail pieces, newsletters, and many more.
