Open Forum for NGO CSW68
During this Open Forum for NGO CSW68, NGO CSW/NY provided information about the NGO CSW Forum, the UN CSW, and the difference between the two. We heard from UN Women about their role as UN CSW Secretariat and some updates about NGO participation. We also heard from the Mission of Latvia, Vice Chair on the CSW Bureau, about the work of the Bureau and the importance of civil society engagement. NGO CSW/NY also gave an overview of the activities happening at NGO CSW68 and the Youth Leaders & Young Professionals program.
