Dalian. Why don't the Chinese swim in the Yellow Sea and sunbathe fully clothed?!
We visited Dalian's Xinghai "Shell" beach, located on the Yellow Sea coast and covered in sand and rocks. The water temperature at the end of July was only 20°C (70°F). Admission is free.
