Purpose of "AzureDevOps Series" is to help Agile Teams/Scaled Teams (SAFe)/Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches/Other Technical Members to easily learn and start using Azure in their respective program. Series also provides "Best practices" on how to use Azure effectively.
This Video provide details on how to Configure/Setup or use AzureDevOps for SAFe teams or Scaled teams. Creating a Program Increment, Sprints along with multiple Agile Scrum Teams. Video covers an Azure project for all the basic configuration or setup that is required for multiple Agile teams part of the same Agile Release Train (ART) in a Program Increment (PI).
Video also includes live examples on how can we keep Product backlog separate in such Scaled Setup within AzureDevOps when working with multiple Agile Teams.
