How to make the PUMPKIN DESSERT? | Oktay Usta
Pumpkin Dessert:
1.9 kg of pumpkin
Two glasses of granulated sugar
Five cloves
For the topping:
Cream
Tahini
Walnut
Preparation:
We peel the pumpkin as we show in our video. After that, we cut it into slices and wash it and put it in a pot. When it comes to half of the pot, we put powdered sugar and cloves in. We put the remaining pumpkin slices on top and sprinkle sugar over them. After cutting the baking paper, covering it and it starting to boil, we cook it for 1 hour on low heat. We cool it in the same pot and put it on a serving dish and serve it by sprinkling cream, tahini and walnuts on it. Enjoy!
