Description:
Step 1: Upload the File to your Site.
Go to WordPress Dashboard ►Media ►Add New.
Drag and Drop the file from your computer.
Step 2: Add the File to your Site.
Go to the page where you want to add the File.
Click ‘Edit Post’.
Go to the Place where you want to add the File.
To add a File you need a Download Button.
Click on the ‘+’ icon.
And select the Button Element.
Enter the Button text you want.
Click on the ‘Link’ icon.
It will ask you to Enter the Link to the File.
Go to WordPress Dashboard ► Click ‘Edit’ next to your File.
You will see the link on the Right Side.
Click ‘Copy URL’ to copy the Link.
Go back to your Page and Paste the Link to the Box.
If you want your File to open in a New Tab when someone clicks the Button,
Click the ‘Open in a New Tab’ option.
Click ‘Update’.
If you want to add a Downloadable FIle to a Page that is built using Elementor.
Click ‘Edit with Elementor’.
Go to the Place where you want to add the File.
again you need to add a Download Button.
Drag the Button element and Drop where you want.
Click on the button and enter the text you want
Enter the File link on the left side of the Elementor Edit Page.
Go to WordPress Dashboard ►Media.
Click the File which you want to add.
You will see a Link
Click ‘Copy URL’ to copy the Link.
Go back to the Elementor Edit Page & Paste the link on the Box.
To open the file in a New Tab, Click the‘ Open in a New Tab’ option.
Click ‘Update’.
