Arogya Sanjeevani policy is a newly-launched health insurance policy by the IRDA on 1st April, 2020. With a health insurance coverage ranging from Rs 1 lakh to 5 lakh, the policy terms & conditions for this health plan remain the same across all health insurance companies in India. Health insurance coverage under this policy can be availed as individual and floater basis.
The IRDAI or the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India had ordered all general and standalone health insurance companies to come up with a standard health insurance policy by 1 st April 2020. This policy is known as the ‘Arogya Sanjeevani Policy’, suffixed by the name of the insurance company.
