Behind the scenes look at a 25km tempo run done by elite Comrades Marathon athletes Thobani Chagwe (blue adidas tee) and Msawenkosi Mathalane (Under Armour vest). Chagwe ran 5:42 at the 2023 Comrades Marathon and Mathalane finished 4th at the 2023 Two Oceans 56km.
