Ingredients:
White or whole wheat sliced bread, crusts removed (as needed)
First filling:

4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

8 surimi sticks

12 prawns

3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
Second filling:

3 avocados

1 tomato about 150g

Salt

2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 hard-boiled eggs (reserve half of one for decoration)

One oval can of bonito tuna in olive oil, drained
Third filling:

200g cream cheese

Dried oregano

100g smoked salmon (this is a bit small)
For decoration:

Thousand Island dressing

Pomegranate seeds

Grated hard-boiled egg

4 king prawns

6 cherry tomatoes

6 black olives

Iceberg lettuce

You will also need:

A loaf pan

Cling film

The measurements of the loaf pan I used:

Length: 30cm

Width: 11cm

Height: 7.5cm
