This is all done with component-based smart animate prototyping. Create slices of a circle, then color them like a rainbow. Then blur the circle to make it pretty cool.
Then duplicate and rotate slightly until it turns in a circle. Turn them into a component set and rig up an after delay prototype interaction. Now you have a loading spinner!
