Bismillah. Based on the results of a poll some time ago on community youtube tab. Supreme Croissant by New York Lafayette Bakery is ranked second after Croffle. Yes, let's do it together. Of course, the simple version. with makeshift equipment in the kitchen! Layered, crunchy, soft inside... filled with chocolate. Very delicious!!
Ingredients
250 gr bread flour
1/2 tsp Salt
20 gr melted margarine
1 Egg Yolk
125 ml full cream liquid milk
30 gr Sugar
1 tsp Instant Yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
100 gr Korsvet / Margarine pastry
Chocolate jam
Glazed chocolate
