ANOC stands for Annual Notice of Change, the required letter insurers must send at this time of year for Medicare Advantage and Part D drug plans.
I'm on Original Medicare with a standalone Part D plan and a Medigap plan. But only the Part D plan will send me this ANOC. And I've learned that it is best to shop for your Part D plan every year! Especially this year, with big changes afoot:
