The Best Earthbox Cover
Factory EarthBox covers work, but they can be expensive and they often start falling apart after a season. In this video, I show the simple DIY cover method I’ve been testing for a full year using plastic sheeting and homemade clips cut from 1/2 inch drip irrigation tubing.
⭐ Update - still going strong after 5 years
This method keeps the cover tight, clean, reusable, and much easier to deal with than the usual tuck method. The clips are cheap to make, hold surprisingly well, and can be reused season after season. I’ll show how the setup looks after a year in the sun, how much pressure the clips can handle, and exactly how to make them.
This is a simple fix for one of the most annoying parts of EarthBox gardening.
