Here's a step-by-step guide on how to add a picture comment in Excel,
Select the cell and Right-click on the cell where you want to add the picture comment.
Insert Comment From the context menu, select "Insert Comment." This will create a comment box in the cell.
Insert Picture Inside the comment box, go to the "Review" tab on the Excel ribbon. Click on "Edit Comment" or simply right-click on the comment box and choose "Edit Comment."
Insert Picture Once the comment box is open for editing, go to the "Insert" tab on the Excel ribbon and click on "Picture." Choose the picture you want to insert from your file system and click "Insert." Resize and Position After inserting the picture, you can resize and position it within the comment box by clicking and dragging its edges or corners.
Close Comment Box When you're done, click outside the comment box or press Esc to close it.
Now you've added a picture comment to the selected cell in Excel. You can hover over the cell to view the comment with the picture.
