*What is plasticard?
Plasticard is a hard plastic, it's industrial name is High Impact Polystyrene Sheet . UK modellers know it as plasticard, in the US it is commonly referred to as styrene sheet, plastcard or plastic card.

How do I cut plasticard?

Scoring it with a sharp modelling knife or scalpel, then bend it along the score, it should break cleanly.

What glues do I use?

Polystyrene cement or any of the solvents or specialist glues that are used for the assembly of plastic kits. Don't forget to be in a well ventilated area, cause this make you dizzy otherwise..

00:07 Draw and cut out two pieces 3,5x7cm, two 3,3x7cm and two 3,3x3,3cm
00:25 Glue the 3,3x7 piece on top of the edge of the piece 3,3x3,3
00:29 Glue in support with the 1x1mm rod
00:34 Glue together, 3,3x3,3 piece inside of the 3,3x7
00:40 Keep gluing in support and smooth out the surface
01:04 Glue the 3,5x7 piece on the top and the bottom
01:17 Cut out 1cm of a 6x4mm rod
01:27 Mark and cut the box open 1cm down from the top to make the lid
01:37 Glue in support
01:50 Smooth out the edges
01:52 Fill any holes whit model putty
01:55 When dry, Sand smooth
01:58 Mark1 cm in and 2 mm down (the hole should be 10x2 mm)
02:11 Drill and cut out for the hinges, then file
02:35 Mark and cut two 1 cm piece of 5 mm Ø tube
02:40 Make a incision to open it
02:43 Place in the holes, little tricky, but it will work, glue the seam together
03:02 Find the middle and glue on the lock
03:19 Prime the whole chest
03:26 Draw on all the pixles
03:37 Paint it all in different colors
04:43 I use paint thinner to thin down the paint to create the shadow, if you use something else, read on the package to know if it can be thinned down with maybe water
05:17 Cut out, fit and glue on black felt on the inside, Don’t Glue On The Hinges Though!
06:18 Finish of with Semi-Gloss Varnish
06:29 DONE! :D

I will not sell any chest from Minecraft, sorry!
