I uploaded this video I played with yesterday and I thought I should do a tutorial about how I came by it.
The good thing is you do not need any plugin to create such a good effect.

Basically, you need 5 tools:
Key Object (That you want to displace)
Secondary Object (that you want to displace the first object)
Collision Deformer
Jiggle Deformer &
Smooth Deformer
