How to pilot a 787-10 (FRA-AUH flight deck!)
In this video Gabe joins up with Etihad on their 787-10 "Greenliner" to fly from Frankfurt (FRA) to Abu Dhabi (AUH) on the flight deck. From the jumpseat we get to learn all kinds of fun facts and aviation info about some of the considerations that go into operating this flight on Boeing's stretched Dreamliner. Along the way we'll get great views alongside some very useful lessons on aerodynamics. So join us for this lovely day flight on Etihad's 78X.
We hope this will be a video that appeals both to aspiring and student pilots as well as those of you who just have a fascination (like we do) with how these amazing machines fly. Oh and you'll also get some nice views of the HUD (head-up display) and a stunning sunset-to-dusk approach into Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
