Update: Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment coalition is involved with at least some of the sites that were shutdown on Aug. 27th.
The biggest (aforementioned) piracy site that was shutdown was aniwave. -OtakuUSA. Crunchyroll and the general public needs to understand (as I mentioned in the video) that it's simply an issue with economics and what people are willing to pay for.
There are links to OFFICIAL channels to watch anime from on YouTube in the video description. And there are platforms like Hoopla, Tubi TV, Pluto TV, Sling TV, Adult Swim, and etc etc to watch anime.
