(WRITTEN STEPS)
1. Mission Select - Mile High Club - Recruit.
2. Play Up To The End Of The Mission.
3. Shoot the Hostage - BEFORE it ends/ Restarts Save & Quit.
4. Mission Select - Mile High Club - Veteran - IMMEDIATELY Quit /
Close the game
5. Start the game up again - Resume Game - Shoot the Terrorist.
6. Jump out the plane and unlock your achievement!
Troubleshooting:::
IF the glitch doesn't work for you, Quit the game and try it again.
IF you've tried it again and it still doesn't work Hard restart your console (Hold the power button down for 5-8 seconds) And try it again.
IF the achievement doesn't pop but says you've completed it on veteran try signing out and back in / Hard restarting your console.
IF above option doesn't help you delete your profile off your console and download it again from the XBL/PSN Servers.
