Robert Wade and Natalie Lien, both skilled operatives in the FBI branch named 'O.P.S.' (Operations for Political Security), live together secretly posing as a newly married couple in Orange County, California. They are assigned to kill corrupt political officials that commit illegal affairs. After thwarting a governor's plan to secede California, Robert and Natalie are given an 'easy' assignment: 'put down' corrupt Senator Henderson of Texas before he gains more power. Little do they know that 'Sable', the infamous political anarchist, has set out to destroy the valiant O.P.S. agents. Battling Sable and her army of henchmen, Robert and Natalie fight to survive as Sable's corrupting organization is unearthed.
