WIP Redundant Information Mode for radio
A feature for uwu radio I've been working on recently. Coming along nicely. Implemented in a mixture of Javascript and Assemblyscript, no external libraries used (other than fft.js manually ported to AS), all HTML5 Canvas based, except the volume metering, which is carefully sized divs.
