Pizza Tower restored unused exit level

added small dettails like gustavo and co. followers, fixed clownmatoOLD so it dosent crash, paper sheriffs dosent turn you into a gost anymore so i added a ghost hazzard, transformation remoovals (priests).
i dont know how to get the music working so i did a small trick at the start
