50 Cent “U Not Like Me” Studio Session (2000) Rare Unseen Footage
Extremely rare footage of 50 Cent recording “U Not Like Me” in Sha Money XL’s basement studio (October 2000)
During the shooting in May 2000, 50 was hit by 9 bullets with one of those being a shot to the face. The bullet went through his cheek and hit his wisdom tooth causing fragments of the bullet to be lodged in his tongue. His jaw was wired shut for the next 5 months leaving him unable to make any music or even speak. Only a few hours after finally getting the wire removed and being able to talk again, 50 recorded "F*ck You" with Clark Kent. The second track he recorded was “U Not Like Me” only a few days later with Sha Money. This is the original footage from 2000 of 50 Cent recording one of his breakout hits to put him back on the map.
This footage also includes a video mix of “Bad News” by G-Unit to streetball highlights. This footage appeared on a rare streetball dvd which is why there’s basketball highlights. The footage includes a Sebastian Telfair mix, as well as footage of Lebron James competing at the legendary ABCD camp during his senior year of high school.
