T5 Fluorescent vs LED Grow Lights — Which Is Best for Kale Microgreens?
🥳💡 Fluorescent vs. LED — which grow light is better for microgreens? In this experiment, we put two 54W T5 Fluorescent grow lights against three 20W T5 LED shop lights to see which one produces better Kale microgreens. To make this a fair test, we matched the PAR (light intensity) as closely as possible between both groups.
