Born out of the 70s hip-hop culture, which expressed the rebellious thoughts of the younger generation through emerging art forms, “AAPE HIP-HOP” theme from 2024 Spring/Summer Collection merges the style of hip-hop artists with vibrant monochromatic graffiti culture, creating the “AAPE HIP-HOP” themed collection. The design incorporates classic black, lake green, and pink as the main colors, with striking prints and street graffiti art that showcases unique artistic forms associated with graffiti culture. The collection employs spray paint effects, vintage textures, and distressed techniques, emphasizing the boldness and individuality unique to today’s hip-hop culture. The collection presents a significant amount of street graffiti and distressed water-washed effects, featuring avant-garde and creative pieces such as graffiti sportswear sets and knitted mesh vests, leading the spring/summer hip-hop trend with innovative creativity.
