Built 8 years ago under the leadership of then Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, this apartment complex was intended to provide homes for squatters. However, not a single squatter has shown interest in living there, leaving the apartments abandoned and earning the nickname "Bhoot Bangla" due to their ghostly, deserted state.
