With 100% of our equipment being solar powered and battery operated we thought we'd give you an overview of how we are set up to charge many many devices at the same time via USB
Also how I'm standardizing connectors for 12-volt loads so that we don't need to have wall warts plugged in converting our 12-volt Lithium batteries to 110v through the inverter, then into a wall wart to be converted back to 12-volts. Much more efficient to run it off of 12 volts at the source!
I also show how we modified our Black Flag Bug zapper to run from a single cell lithium 18650 and recharge via USB.
I've also hacked a lithium USB charger into our Sonicare Toothbrushes so that we can have them plugged in and charging while we drive.
