JOHN MCDOUGALL | REST IN PEACE
John was my first mentor on a plant based diet and I am heart broken to hear of his passing. John suffered a major stroke at the age of 18 which led him to do everything in his power to learn and educate others, so they don’t suffer the great pains he went through. Even with this, his way of living offered him 6 more decades of life and I’m truly grateful for all he has done to help humanity eat better.
