How to Use a Custom Image as a Mouse Cursor: Python tkinter Tutorial
In the video I explain how to use a PNG image as a mouse cursor in a python tkinter GIO app. But before that, I explain how to change the default cursor to one of the already available tkinter cursors.
Then, I use a custom image to create new customized cursors.
