MOCA presents "Rick Owens: Furniture, the exhibition includes recent furniture, large-scale sculptures. Known for his iconic clothing label since 1994, Owens draws inspiration from various art sources for his fashion and sculptural furniture. Since 2007, he's applied a punk aesthetic to furniture design, using materials like marble, bronze, and now foam and rock crystal. The exhibition is a collaborative effort with Michèle Lamy, Owens's longtime partner and primary creative force behind the furniture line.
