THREE DAYS ON THE ROAD! / JOURNEY TO THE NORTHERN CAPITAL OF SAKHALIN
I'd only dreamed of visiting the Daginsky Thermal Springs.
They're located in northeastern Sakhalin near the village of Goryachiye Klyuchi in the Nogliki District. They're well-known to many Far Easterners and are a natural monument of regional significance in the Sakhalin Region.
So, the idea came up to risk the car and visit these famous springs.
Why risk it? Because the road is very bumpy, and you can get there in a well-equipped jeep, which won't let you down.
But the guys and I only had a car, which only likes paved roads.
But to our surprise, the road wasn't too bad, and we got there without any problems.
Along the way, we passed many villages and many interesting sights. But since time was limited, we stopped very few times.
It turned out to be the most heavenly place I've ever visited!
Ultimately, we were very surprised at how quickly we reached the springs. A spontaneous idea arose to go to Okha, a city of oil workers.
