I loved how this roll turned out, darling, nice and filled and delicious. Here's the list of ingredients:
Sponge Cake:
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (no baking powder or leavening agents)
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Vanilla extract to taste
Chantilly Cream:
300g very cold heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Vanilla extract to taste
Fruit for filling and decoration:
1 medium can of peaches in syrup
Strawberries to taste
Melted chocolate to taste
