The Legendary Holy's Bakery from Kapa`au on the big island opened in the 1930's. Famous for their delicious pies and baked goods, the 4th generation now begin's a new chapter on Oahu, while preserving the secret recipe's of the past. Their new name is The Hawaiian Pie Company!
