Setting Zoom Defaults
How to set defaults on Zoom:
Disable waiting room: So that people can join the meeting without you having to let them in
Enable join before host: So participants can join before you do
Enable guests to share their screen: So you don't have to transfer hosting rights to the participant so they can share their screen.
