Crunchy Potatoes Chip
Ingredients
3 kg Fresh Potatoes,
1-2 Liter of Cooking Oil,
Enough water to soak the Potatoes.
Sufficient amount of cold water with some chunks of ice cubes,
3-6 tbsp. edible Vinegar.
Ingredient for its Seasoning
3 tsp. of Fine Salt,
3 cloves of Garlic, coarsely mashed,
1½ tsp. of Broth Powder,
200-220 ml or about 1 cup of Boiled Water.
